What is collected

When you join The Reflectory list, the form asks for your email address, first name, last name, an optional phone number, and whether you are interested in writing, sound, or both.

How it is used

Your information is used to send you first dates, early booking information and occasional special offers from The Reflectory. Your interests help make those messages more relevant.

Your information is not sold or shared for somebody else’s marketing.

Your consent

The Reflectory relies on your consent to send marketing emails. After completing the form, you must confirm your email address before you are added to the list.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting The Reflectory directly.

Where it is kept

Mailing-list information is stored and processed using MailerLite, which provides the form and email service. Website hosting and security services may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Information is kept while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the purpose described here. It is removed when you unsubscribe, request deletion, or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. You can also object to its use, restrict its use, or ask for a copy in a portable format where the law provides these rights.

To make a request, email hello@thereflectory.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and security

The site may use essential technical cookies and similar measures needed for security and the mailing-list form. The Reflectory does not currently use advertising cookies.
