The session
Take a seat.
Listen.
Anna uses a wide range of sound instruments to create a live, immersive sound journey. These may include gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, rattles and drums.
You remain seated throughout. Keep your eyes open or closed, change position, use ear protection, take a break or leave the room whenever you need to.
Some sounds are gentle. Others are powerful and may be felt physically as well as heard.

Before booking

A sound session includes sustained tones, vibration and changes in volume. It may not be suitable for everyone.
Please seek advice from your doctor or relevant clinician before booking if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure condition, use a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, have tinnitus or sound sensitivity, have recently had surgery, or have any condition that may be affected by sound or vibration.
